As many of you have seen these days, Alpinestars just held a special Media presentation at our LA offices last week to bring forward our Electronic Airbag Technology with the Media.
This is an enormously important issue where we are working and especially collecting data’s the past 10 years. It is a special and very revolutionary concept to benefit today’s motorcyclists and a unique offer we will be able to bring on the table very soon.
I have no doubt you will immediately understand the huge gap this is bringing to Alpinestars versus competition and it is the highest expression of where Alpinestars only is able to go already very soon highlighting the latest technology available.
There is no doubt this will be very successful both in sales as well as bringing so much pedigree to the range and the logo we represent. For sure we will need to prepare the way for it and to get our dealers prepared! Getting them prepared means making sure to highlight our protection channel inside dealerships and making sure this category enjoys good presence and sell-thru inside our doors!
All Level 2 back protection, protection vests and the entire Alpinestars-protection-family will give our company the spaces to promptly get a display inside the stores and to get consumers total confidence on logo and products!

As you will notice, we have many top level athletes already using this technology in their suits. We do plan to introduce a Track Day/Race version before the Winter Holidays in 2011! It will be a very nice Christmas gift to consumers but especially to distribution and dealers getting the opportunity to have an important and unique $$$-maker inside their shops!
